- NOTE: Depending on the lake level, our portion of Kerr Lake is often cut off from the main part of the lake by Nutbush bridge. It keeps our portion of the lake quiet and peaceful. There are still three long fingers of the lake to ski, boat, fish and swim in addition to the open area in front of the property. There are boat ramps on both sides of Nutbush bridge, approximately 1 mile from the house
