TRASH DISPOSAL
Trash must be placed daily inside the designated collection bench located in front of the home.
Trash collection takes place every morning.
EXTRA SERVICES
Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
BBQ Grill: US$60 plus tax per stay.
Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 92°F. Please allow approximately 12 to 24 hours to notice changes in the water temperature. The system uses heat-exchange technology, and its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the pool from reaching the desired temperature.
Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.

Great place ! Love the community!We’re really enjoyed the pool at the club house ,lazy river was so much fun !We definitely recommend this condo our stay was awesome!

There was a lot of noise outside, with other travelers who stayed in houses arguing and fighting. It was hard to sleep.Trash bags had to be bought by the renter instead of being provided, but they were expected to be in the bin by 7 a.m. daily.

The home was generally in good shape, every toilet flush valve was leaking or bypassing. The pool needed a cleaning and the outside deck needed a pressure wash was quite dirty. Had to call the manager because the dryer was not working.Overall the house needed to be refreshed.
