About this house rental
A new 4000 sq' home with large fenced private yard with pool. Spectacular master bedroom, adjacent sitting room, large screen tv over fireplace, huge bath with bath tub and oversized shower & adjacent outdoor shower. Upstairs 2 guest bedrooms one with ensuite bath, second bedroom bath shares with the game room with pool table, TV and murphy bed if needed. The house is in walking distance to a nature park for fishing and exploring. Located in the center of the Texas Wine County there are an abundance of opportunities for tours in Comfort, Fredericksburg and Sisterdale to please any wine connoisseur. If antiquing is your sport, look no further. Boerne Lake is a wonderful place to picnic, to swim and paddle boat. For those that want a river rafting experience there are guided companies or you can due it yourself from many entry points to the river.

The home is a great space, especially the master bedroom and bathroom. The game rooms are entertaining, and I can see how this would be an ideal location for a large family or two small families to stay together. The host was very welcoming and sent directions via email for easy access to the property. My only recommendation would be for the host to use/check the VRBO app for communication purposes during the stay. She did call and leave a message on my mobile and left her number which was very kind. However, during/after our stay, no emails received replies (no big emergencies, just small qs). All in all, we had a terrific time and mostly because the home was the perfect rental for our group of travelers and purpose. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

This was our third time staying here, and it’s always a great experience. Judy is a wonderful host—she’s attentive, responds quickly, and makes sure all your needs are met. The place is perfect for families. We’ll definitely be back!

Great stay in a very comfortable home! We enjoyed spending time together cooking, eating, and playing games, and it was the perfect spot for our day trips to Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Johnson City, and San Antonio. My teenagers loved the garage game room and spreading out up stairs with the pool table and chess board, and my parents loved the master suite.If arriving in the dark, just know the entry from the road is not lighted, so be mindful of that. Also, the entry instructions might be slightly out of date. We never found physical keys as the instructions suggested, everything was keyless, but the codes worked great for accessing the home, and it was easy to lock up on our way out. In true Texas-fashion, we needed to use both the AC and the heat during our stay, and the climate systems were very easy to operate in both settings, and kept us comfortable throughout our visit. Would recommend to anyone interested in visiting both San Antonio and other Hill Country destinations!
