Big house with plenty of beds. We enjoyed our stay here

The house is very spacious and beautiful, with plenty of room for the whole family. The location is excellent, making it even more enjoyable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and very clean, and the kitchen is big and well-equipped. The pool area was definitely the highlight of the house—it was amazing and perfect for relaxing and spending time together.

The kids loved yhepool. There was plenty of space for all.

We stayed here for UTSA graduation. The location was great for being close to campus. I'd rate this property a 6/10.The good - there are plenty of beds although several of the bedrooms are designed for people who know each other well. There are lots of linen and towels for the pool/hot tub. The kitchen is large and the family room is comfortable. The TV pictured in the photo has been replaced with a larger screen. The pool and hot tub were nice.The bad - the outside was really dirty. Clean-up post the winter has not been done. The second night, the air conditioner froze over so half the house didn't have cooling. There was literally one t-spoon in the kitchen (plenty of forks, knives, and dishes). The place lacks a lot of the little amenities that most VBROs have - no shampoo/conditioner, no coffee, and not all bathrooms have a hair dryer. When the tv in the family room was removed, all the old wiring is still there in a pile. There is no control over the hot tub. To get it turned on, you must text the manager. There's also no control over the temperature. The landscaping is also different than the photos. The front yard has been replaced with stones, the swing set is very dirty and not as pictured. There was also a damp load of laundry in the dryer that had obviously been there quite awhile and smelled really badly. In general, the place is showing its age.
