About this house rental
It's 360 degree amazing views from the wrap around decks will captivate you before you even step inside. Set apart from any other house by about ¼ mile this beach haven provides the best of all outdoors; Beaching, swimming, surf fishing, fishing on the ICW, kayaking, boating , breath taking sunsets, and bird watching. No matter which way the wind may blow, (and there's always a breeze), you can find just the right spot on the decks to relax and enjoy the view! Sleeps 18 using both levels or can be rented as two separate places; "Top Deck" (sleeps 11) including loft, and "Main Deck" (sleeps 7).
Amenities:
*4 Bedrooms all w/ separate bathrooms, plus loft w/ 2 queens.
*2 Full Kitchens has all dishes, pots, pans & Utensils needed, microwave, stove, oven and fridge in each. Dishwasher Main Deck.
*Satellite Big Screen TVs in up & downstairs
in Living Rooms.
*All Linens provided for bedding, towels and kitchens. Please bring your own Towels for fishing and beach towels.
*Washer & Dryer - provided for each floor. (Laundry soap not provided.)
Beds include:
*Top Deck (11) -1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Queen pullouts and one Full pullout.
*Main Deck (7) -2 queens, 1 Twin, 1 Queen pullout sofa.
Two Level Flexibility -Door at top of stairs locks both ways, allowing us to split the two levels as two separate rentals known as "Top Deck" and "Main Deck".
*Weekly rates available. Holiday rates are slightly higher with a 3night minimum.*

This was our second year at the roundhouse and it didn't disappoint. Great fishing and family time on the beach. We can't wait for next year.

Second time staying at this property, and we love it and will be planning to stay there again in the future. The kids love having such easy access to both the beach and the intercostal waterway. Also the house is nice and big and spacious so plenty of room to spread out at the end of the day.

We had our entire family (15) ranging in age from 6-70 at the Round House last week. We truly had the best time. The views are beyond amazing and we made some wonderful memories. The beach access is so close and the fishing pier was fantastic! When we arrived, there was a storm and the power was out but it was restored in minutes. The next day the host had our wifi repaired (damage from the storm) and it worked perfectly the rest of our stay. The downstairs kitchen has two sinks and 2 refrigerators and one stove and since we cooked all our meals there we were well set up. A few things are a little older in the kitchen (dishwasher and the counter tops) but they were just fine for us. The microwave downstairs worked perfectly. There are ample pots and pans. The only thing that they were short on were maybe another cookie sheet and possibly some steak knives but everything else was great. There are pot holders and plenty of cup towels. Everything was very clean in the entire home. The 5 bathrooms were such a blessing and also there are 2 washers and dryers. We all thought the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. My favorite thing was the deck that went completely around the house on the main level. We could watch our family on the beach and walk around and watch the fishing folks and the cool barges passing by. They have really nice custom and colorful deck chairs that are sturdy and tall so you can see over the new railing. We just loved our time there!!

We came down for Easter Weekend, we had a large group aging from 3-76. The Location was amazing!
