It was a great house and location overall. We loved how close it was to the beach. With a large group the livingroom, dining, and kitchen had plenty of seating and space. The porch was awesome and had gates on the stairs for added safety. One thing to note is that there was flooding under the house that made the concrete area and outdoor shower unusable.

Great location. House was average, with a good layout. No significant issues, except no wifi. Had to put the sheets on the beds, which I have not had to do in the past.
