About this apartment rental
Come stay at our Regency 10 at OCMD
Beachfront and on the Boardwalk! Down around 21st street, so plenty of action, but not too loud. In a special spot of the beach where you'll never have to fight for a spot on the sand. Come out when you want to! Relax on the third floor where you can hear the ocean waves and peoplewatch the Boardwalk.. 24' double sized Balcony provides ample space for you and your family. Comfortable central-air and elevator access.
Entire unit has been completely redone. Bright and airy, fancy finishing, lots of space. This is your home away from home.
Master Bedroom- New King size bed and 52" tv and ceiling fan. Master bathroom features lots of storage and an oversized walk in shower. Bedroom has full ocean view.
2nd Bedroom- Twin Beds that can convert to King with wedge (though this room functions better as Two Twin Beds, wedge is a stopgap). Also has a ceiling fan and streaming TV.
3rd Bedroom- Twin over Full with Twin trundle. Streaming TV.
2nd Shared Bathroom features Iron bathtub with easy access for toddler washing.
Gourmet kitchen contains a built-in booth for seating and additional seating at island. New appliances. Keurig, Toaster, Dual Oven. New Appliances.
Family Room showcases a 60" TV with Comcast, Disney, Netflix, and DVD. Sofa converts to Queen bed.
Blackout shades in every room.
Laundry Room is full size and inside the unit.
ELEVATOR ACCESS to the third floor. Unit does have two small steps in Hallway and Master Bathroom.
PARKING: One dedicated space under the building (6' 4" MAX), 5 additional shared spaces for the entire building outside. Also, street parking nearby.

Perfect location with beautiful views! Condo was conveniently right on the boardwalk but far enough away from the busier sections so the noise and crowds weren’t bad. The place was clean and there was plenty of space for all of us. Owner was very responsive. We would definitely love to stay there again!

The property is absolutely gorgeous with the most spectacular views of the ocean. The sounds of the waves splashing are serene and therapeutic. We enjoyed our evening strolls down the boardwalk, stopped for some famous boardwalk fries. The host, Joshua is such an incredible person. He answered every question I asked within minutes, even the silly ones. We were scheduled to leave Tuesday, however our daughter-in-law went into labor 3 weeks early. I messaged Josh at about 5:30 in the morning asking if it were possible for us to stay another night until she had the baby. He was so polite and understanding. He was able to accommodate our very stressed out family. We cannot thank him enough. The world needs more people like Josh in it. We will be return customers and plan on staying at this property many times in the years to come.

Fantastic place to stay! Super clean very spacious and amazing views from the large oceanfront balcony. Josh was great to deal with and super prompt in answering any questions. This is definitely our new favorite place to stay when visiting Ocean City! If you’re considering a place to stay in Ocean City you won’t be disappointed with this place.

Everything was great! The condo is comfortable, the view is fantastic! This is our 4th year renting this condo because it’s perfect for us.
