The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking for a group easy, with GE stainless steel appliances, a gas stovetop, double-door refrigerator, toaster oven, Ninja foodie, and an open layout that lets the cook stay part of the conversation.
Four Comfortable Bedrooms
All four bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level. The primary suite features a queen bed and a spacious, spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed with blackout curtains, while the fourth bedroom has two twin beds plus an additional mattress.
For extra sleeping flexibility, the large beanbag in the living room can be unzipped and converted into a queen-size bed.

Families traveling with children will find much more here than the typical beach rental. The home has been thoughtfully stocked with toys, books, games, and baby gear for children from infants to teens, making it easier to travel without bringing quite so much from home.
Young children can enjoy a dedicated collection of toys, including a train table with wooden trains, vehicles, a dollhouse, and a farm with animals. There is also an entire bookshelf of books for children and teens, along with a separate collection of books for adults.
For family time, guests will find a wide variety of games for all ages, including board games, card games, and outdoor games.
Parents of babies and toddlers will also appreciate the available baby and safety gear, including a high chair, children's dishes, baby gates for the stairs and rooms, a bath seat, and other bathroom safety items. All doors have child safety latches and plugs have safety plugs.

The location is hard to beat. The Grande at Canal Pointe is a beautifully landscaped community east of Route 1, less than two miles from Rehoboth Beach and the Boardwalk. Downtown Rehoboth is an easy bike ride away (you can rent bikes at nearby Seagreen Bikes), while the tax-free Tanger Outlets and the many restaurants along Route 1 are even closer.
The Junction and Breakwater Trail is located just across from the community entrance, providing easy access to scenic walking and biking and a wonderful way to reach downtown Rehoboth without getting in the car.
With four bedrooms, comfortable gathering spaces, extensive family amenities, and an excellent Rehoboth location, this home is particularly well suited for multigenerational family vacations, extended beach stays, holiday gatherings, and getaways with grandparents and grandchildren.
Rental Information
The home is available year-round and requires a minimum stay of seven nights. Linens are not included, but a linen rental package is available. Pets and smoking are not permitted. No high-risk or special-event reservations are permitted. Check with your host for discounted weekly and monthly rates in the off season. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.
