About this house rental
Escape the city and retreat to the mountains to this modern and private one-acre cabin situated at 8,000 feet, nestled in aspen trees. It is close to town but feels far away from everything. The cabin features two bedrooms, one and a half baths with a soaking tub and separate rain fall shower. It has a wrap-around deck with a hot tub and views of Park City with a wood-burning fireplace perfect for watching the sun rise or set above Park City. The cabin is available year-round for winter or summer escapes and activities. Hit the slopes on skis or bikes, or just unwind and watch the leaves change. The cabin has all the amenities you may need for a relaxing stay any time of year. Plush blankets are provided and there is a fireplace (for seasonal use). The rustic in the outside modern on the inside cabin was designed and built in 2020 with a focus of preserving a mountain aesthetic and part of the mountain community. It features an open kitchen and living room area with floor to ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings throughout the property. You can also work remotely thanks to Starlink WiFi. Wildlife such as moose and deer frequent the area. There is also a wild cat who adopted the property and lives outside. He likes it that way. You may see him in the area. Please be sure to read our house rules prior to booking. The rules we have in place are for your safety and the safety of our community. We want to be good hosts and neighbors. The cabin is situated on an acre of mature aspen trees that inspired us to call it "Aspen Grove" and have also inspired some of the interior art. Art by Bret Webster Images who is a local award winning photographer with a gallery on main street Park City is featured in multiple rooms of the stay. Guests have full and private access to The Cabin and its property. There is a large wrap-around deck perfect for watching sunrises or sunsets or just for relaxing in the hot tub with amazing views of Park City that is surrounded by trees. The cabin is located in a Canyon off paved and dirt roads that our plowed by the HOA. In the winter a 4x4 or AWD I am available anytime during your stay if you need anything. I love local on the mountain.
