This special place is directly on the Riverwalk in the heart of Downtown San Antonio. Close to everything, it offers views of the historic San Antonio Courthouse where you can often see outdoor weddings. You will also have a view of the San Fernando Cathedral & catch a glimpse of the fabulous light show that is projected on this beautiful church Tues, Fri, Sat & Sunday evenings. This intimate apt building is steps away frm delicious dining, exciting attractions, great nightlife & entertainment.
This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. It is not a working mailbox, so don't mistakenly mail a letter :)

This property is in a great location for River Walk. Angela was quick to communicate when we reached out. The bed was comfortable.

We chose the condo for its location because we were there for Fiesta. The location was so good the revelry kept us up most of the night. Poor choice on our part. It is an easy walk to the Mercado and the restaurants on the River Walk. The parking fees were also double than those listed b/c of Fiesta so that was a surprise. to unload your belongings you have to park in a loading zone which is hard to catch empty and the zone also says it is for commercial vehicles only. We left a day early because of the noise and when I went upstairs to help bring luggage down I arrived downstairs to a ticket because I could not get in the loading zone and look up part of the traffic lane. Traffic was not blocked bu rules are rules. The condo is very small and over accessorized but very tasteful.
