Welcome to your San Antonio family getaway — a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home with a private pool, game room and room for up to 14 guests. Conveniently located near SeaWorld and Lackland AFB, it’s designed for large families and groups who want plenty of space and entertainment in one place.
**PRIVATE POOL & BACKYARD**
Spend the day enjoying your private pool then relax under the covered patio surrounded by mature trees.
Fire up the BBQ, play cornhole or gather around the fire pit in the evening. String lights throughout the backyard create a relaxing atmosphere after sunset with plenty of outdoor space for the whole group to enjoy together.
The private pool is approximately 18 feet round and 4 feet deep. Please note that the pool is not heated.
**GAME ROOM LOFT**
There’s plenty to do inside too. Head upstairs to the dedicated game room featuring:
• Pool table
• Foosball
• Arcade games
• Additional games for kids and adults
It’s a great space for families to hang out when they’re taking a break from the pool or spending an evening at home.
**SLEEPING & COMFORT**
The home accommodates up to 14 guests with the following sleeping arrangements:
• Primary bedroom — King bed
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 — Four Twin beds
• Bedroom 4 — Four Twin beds
• Queen air mattress — Sleeps 2
Inside, you’ll find an open layout with high ceilings, skylights and plenty of natural light. The living room and primary bedroom both feature Smart TVs with Netflix and cable.
You’ll also have fast Wi-Fi, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and a drip coffee maker. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.

The home is conveniently located near SeaWorld and Lackland Air Force Base, making it a great choice for family vacations, BMT graduation visits and group getaways.
Restaurants, shopping, groceries and everyday essentials are nearby with Walmart just around the corner and convenient access to major highways.
Downtown San Antonio, the River Walk, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the San Antonio Zoo and Botanical Garden are also within easy driving distance.
**PARKING & ACCESS**
You’ll have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the private pool, backyard, covered patio and BBQ area.
Plenty of private parking is available at the property.

• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.
• Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.
• The private pool is approximately 18 feet round and 4 feet deep. The pool is not heated.
• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.
• Check-in: 3 PM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.

We enjoyed the stay. The house had plenty to keep us entertained. The pool table was a big hit! The house was decorated nice and was comfortable.

Cons
*Dirty, needs a good deep clean.
*Doesnt appear many improvements have been done since initial remodel, meaning things were worn down. Outdoor furniture faded, decor was broken.
*paint needs redone, lots of stains and water spots. (Initial paint job was awful, sloppy)
*refrigerator door ahelving missing, garage airconditoner leaks, blinds broken, coffee pot didnt work (host did quickly replace). Pool gate didnt latch, pool shade was just hanging.
*pool filter was leaking flooding out the cornhole area, but wouldnt of played that anyways as the red set inly has 3 bags and the setup isnt the appropriate distance apart.
*lacked bakeware, cooking accesories.
*outdoor area was very unkept, weeds, trash, large tree branches piled up. The poor fence was hanging on by a thread.
*the shower would leak out on to the floor in the master, this has caused the wall to crumble near the shower.
*trash cans alone the garage where overflowing

Convient location
Game room was enjoyable even if the arcade game on partially functioned.
The host was contaacted he offered to have maintenance come out, but there was so much work to be done I declined (I didnt want maintenance there my whole visit). He additionally offered pizza, which was a nice gesture.
This property has potential but it simply is not maintained and not cared for well. A deep clean and a nice professional paint job would be helpful.
No signs of bugs other than the fruit fly traps
Would not stay here again.
