We’ve spent many vacations in 318 at Chadham by the Sea. Great memories there and many more made this trip. Great private location but still close enough to travel and do attractions. Highly recommend if you just want to get away from crowds and relax!

This was a great place, very comfortable, exactly as portrayed on the website. There was one flaw, which I assume has been dealt with since we brought it to the attention of the property manager: the balcony furniture had a lot of mildew. (Our stay was in January, so there wasn't much call for sitting on the balcony, which is why we didn't notice the problem till late in our stay.)

The rugs in the condo were not washed nor shaken from last guest The air filter looks as if it has not been changed in months we went and bought one and replaced it also trash bag was change and the inside bottom had a mess in it and the dishwasher soap dispenser is broken so I don’t know how the dishes are being sanitized. This is the first time I’ve had to give a bad review. Also we had two days that we were evacuated from there due to the hurricane we ask about the refund as that the agreement stated that we would be reimbursed for the two days and have not heard back from anyone.
