Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath direct oceanfront condo. South Building. Enjoy the private oceanfront balcony and river views. Watch the waves roll upon the shore from the oceanfront living room featuring a TV, DVD, recliner, and queen sofa sleeper. Prepare your favorite seaside dish with a view of the ocean from the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Delight in time spent with family in friends around the oceanfront dining room table featuring seating for 6 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. Spacious, river view master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and private bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features 2 twins and a view of the river. The 2nd bath has a tub/shower. Full-size washer/dryer. Wireless internet access. Beach chairs and umbrellas.

Nice, quiet and remote location. Away from the crowds further up the beach if you're looking for tranquility, yet a quick walk over to JB's fish camp for dinner. Layout was different than traditional places with bedrooms in the back (toward the entrance), but makes sense based on the location of the condo and not having the sun over the Atlantic blast in the bedrooms too early in the morning. Was stocked with everything we needed. Only issue was the internet went out a couple times per day. Not sure why, but it would come back. Only used to stream movies and do a little work.

The NSB/Bethune beach area is hard to beat for a quiet beach getaway. It is very quiet, the beach is fantastic and you're just a short drive from town if you are looking for a bit of tourism. The property itself was large and accommodating for our family of 5. Plenty of space to host a few guests for lunch, too. The 5th floor location provided views of gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The pool area was well maintained, clean and never crowded.
We've suggested to the rental agency that the pull-out couch be replaced as the mechanism is broken, though we made due during our stay with some additional cushions propping things up. Hopefully this is resolved before the next guests arrive. Additionally, one set of slider doors was pinned shut due to some issues with the slider mechanism. Again, I would suggest verifying that this has been repaired as a top priority at a place like this is to open the doors and let in the great ocean air!
Overall, we would certainly stay at this end of the island again and would strongly consider the same condo if it was available.

I have not one negative thing to say about our stay. Chadham by the Sea was awesome. Our unit was beautiful. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. I’m hoping we will be able to reserve that unit again.

We were very surprised with this condo. The layout was just great. Bedrooms at the back of the unit (keeping the sun and light out) were what late sleepers enjoyed. Very spacious with all things working was a treat. We had a wonderful time and hope to get back to NSB soon.
