About this apartment rental
This unit is less than 10 minutes to VT, a little over 10 mins to downtown Blacksburg, and about 30 mins to Cascade Falls.
Fully furnished, 4 bedrooms, 2 separate living areas, 2 bathrooms, unit part of a duplex located in a quiet area.

Note: There is an exterior ring camera on the property.
As you walk in the front door, you will enter the living area that opens up into the kitchen/dining area. In the hallway will be one full bath, one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bedroom with two twin over full bunk beds, then a door with stairs that leads you downstairs. Downstairs, there is another living area, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, a full bathroom, and the laundry room. Gravel parking lot for parking, a deck on the side with a grill, and a shared horseshoe pit in the backyard.
Guests have access to the whole home.
House Rules
-Please be respectful of our neighbors and our home.
-Clean the grill after use, and place the cover on the grill when not in use.
-No smoking in the home is allowed.
-Check-in is only 4pm or after.
-Check-out is no later than 10am.
-Check out instructions include putting all dirty dishes/utensils into the dishwasher and starting the cycle, locking the exterior doors, and taking the trash outside.

The host was easy to work with and the house was adorable. It was clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our weekend visit to see our daughter at Virginia Tech and catch a football game.
