This beautifully decorated oceanfront condo is the perfect place to steal away for some R&R. Located at the Sand Dunes Resort along the Golden Mile, it has an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean and its coastline. After a relaxing day on the beach, enjoy cocktails on the balcony before heading out to dinner at one of the many fantastic restaurants or shows Myrtle Beach has to offer, or simply curl up on the sofa and take in a movie on the 55" SMART HD TV.
With all the comforts of home, this unit comes fully equipped for your arrival with luxury linens, bath towels and a starter kit of trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap and sponge. The galley kitchen comes equipped with a Convection Microwave, 2 plate stovetop, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and full size refrigerator along with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
Also included are 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and small cooler for your use.
The condo is located on the 9th floor with easy access via the elevators. Check in is hassle free! Bypass the lines and go straight to the condo with the door code provided on the day of arrival.
Sand Dunes offers an indoor and outdoor pool with a lazy river. The onsite restaurant is Oceans 74 and Starbucks is just around the corner. Within a block of the resort is a large selection of great Restaurants. Crave Italian Restaurant, Carrabba's, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Outback Steakhouse just to name a few.
Within a short driving distance there are many things to do… outlet shopping, miniature golf, nightly entertainment, live shows at Pirates Voyage or the Alabama Theater. You can even take a ride on the Sky wheel on the Boardwalk after dinner to see a spectacular 360" view of Myrtle Beach.

Daily maid service is NOT provided, this is a self-service unit. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor. Ice machines are on odd floors as well as a convenience store onsite.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this unit. Proof of age required.

No motorcycles allowed to park on the property.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed in the unit or on the balcony. The deposit will be retained if smoking in the unit or balcony occurs.

I have to say the Room is absolutely beautiful! Everything is Updated & very Clean. Has everything you need! The king bed is very comfy and the View is Very Nice! The Resort itself is nice but the Parking Garage is terrible! Be careful in there!

We had a great weekend away. only thing I would suggest is an little better explanation of what building you will be staying in.

Unit itself was as described, but the location had its caveats. Every day for 4 days, thumping sounds (from incessant running) could be heard from upstairs until past 10 pm, the stench of weed was VERY noticeable whenever you went out into the balcony. The door’s lock was broken and for some reason could not be fixed until the season was over (but the rental agreement states you get charged a fine if you leave the door unlocked).Garbage littered the hallway some days, elevator was -most of the time- either wet or carried an unpleasant odor, parking garage was very tight, and one of the quilts had a small stain on it (which we didn’t notice till after we stripped the bed on our last day). Considering we didn’t use both blankets, it was concerning because the rental agreement the host sends out prior to confirming a reservation states that blankets should NOT be dumped in the laundry pile otherwise we’ll incur an additional charge.If it’s on the bed -whether or not it physically touches the tenant- shouldn’t that automatically be considered used and subsequently cleaned?Just made us question the cleanliness of the place. It wasn’t until after we checked out that my boyfriend also mentioned that the floors were mildly sticky.Overall the unit was just the way it was advertised. Most of our issues were more for the location of the unit rather than the condo itself. Place wasn’t bad, view was nice, and was driving distance to a bunch of attractions
