Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. If you have no prior positive reviews on Airbnb, we may not be able to approve your reservation request.
We’re proudly pet-friendly! There’s no charge for the first two pets; each additional pet is $50 per stay. We simply ask that you vacuum any excessive pet hair and promptly clean up after your furry friends.
Absolutely no parties are allowed. Unauthorized parties, smoking, loud disturbances, or disruptive gatherings will result in a $500 fee and may involve local authorities. We take the peace and safety of our property and neighbors seriously.

Our stay was perfect. The house was very clean and organized. Although we didn’t have a chance to cook there but it seems the place has all the things you need in the kitchen.The things they have are of high quality. Our small dog enjoy roaming around the house.

The house is in a lovely location. We loved sitting out in the sunroom and watch the tides come in and go out. We enjoyed watching the egrets and a blue heron and on our last evening a young deer grazed right by the back deck.The house was very clean and we had everything we needed.Thank you Tim and Lynn for hosting us

Absolutely lovely. The view is spectacular, house is very cozy. We have family in Coos Bay and intend to stay again.
