About this house rental
Get away to a private setting in Floyd County with your very own tiny home. Located just a 15-17 minute drive to downtown Floyd. Our tiny house is located on 2 wooded acres in a quiet, rural setting with plenty of room for the entire family. We encourage use of the entire site for tent camping alongside the tiny house. Kitchenette w/outdoor grill, bathroom with clawfoot tub, stackable washer/dryer, central HVAC and complimentary Level 2 EV charging are just some of the amenities to be found.
Newly built in 2018 - this tiny house is loaded with cozy touches and updated finishes throughout. Porcelain farm sink, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances in the kitchenette area. Take a soak in the bathroom's clawfoot tub. Although Verizon and Sprint wireless signal is strong at our location we encourage you to relax around the campfire and enjoy being a little more electronically disconnected than usual.
You'll have access to the tiny house, the tent platform/detached deck, and the 2 acre grounds. The property line is marked with green posts with orange tips.

Perfect. Wonderful. Lovely. My heart was filled far beyond the size of the home. All the little touches, the awesome tub the kitchen and laundry accommodations, the firepit and surrounding woods made for the perfect ovenight getaway as I traveled south.***Highly recommend*** for any woodsy person and nature artist, such as myself.Love, love, loved it!!! The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! This tiny home was perfect for our short stay in between a long drive. I also appreciated that there was detailed instructions so it made checking in and out and understanding the property so much easier!
