One full-space bedroom with a private entrance. We Property owner/Host staying upper side of the property. We are having a completely hotel like setup for your peaceful stay during your trip to Halifax. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The area is called Spryfield so outside of downtown Halifax. We didn’t realize that when we booked because we don’t know the area. The room was basic, similar to a hotel room, but clean, well priced. We would have liked a larger fridge with a freezer in it as we were travelling with coolers and had ice packs we kept frozen at our other VRBO stays. The host was good and kept in touch and answered questions quickly.

I wasn't going to be in the room to much, so I didn't require much. The room was basic hotel style with private access, a bed, fridge, microwave, drip-coffee maker, toaster, mini-fridge, TV (assuming with a Roku or similar, but I didn't use it), WiFi access, towels / soaps included, and an oscillating fan as there is no air conditioning. The room was clean, but I found some some long hairs present in the bathroom (not mine), but didn't bother me at all. Decent stay, low noise and comfortable.

Place was clean but expect the bare minimum. Wifi never worked and owner wasn’t very eager to help. Spryfield is like being in Ottawa, go closer to the coast if you can!
