It was nice in the main building. Not sure what the other 2 were like.

No fan in the bathroom to help with shower steam.

Clean, conveniently located with comfortable beds. Gluten free options available at the free breakfast. Staff friendly.

No warm water for shower in the morning.

Staff were excellent. Helpful and kind. They helped my disabled mom into the pool.

Nice comfortable bed, amazing tasty supper with great service at restaurant.

As soon as I walked into my room on the main level , the dank musty odour in the room was nauseating, I opened the door to outside to air it out. I think the carpet needs to be changed. It gave me a headache and I felt like the air conditioning just made it worse. There was some sort of odour trap / plastic thing under the bed that captures moisture maybe? It’s a shame, I was so impressed by the food and service at restaurant and had stayed here before but won’t go back after this. I was tossing and turning all night. The bad room air really zapped me. My sinuses started revolting against the smell. I couldn’t open the window so just tried to get through the night, the air conditioning did nothing to help. I think it must be the carpet. Or there’s mold in the room. When I checked out no one asked me how my stay was. I decided to let them know about this and all they said was oh well let housekeeping know. I’m thinking management needs to explore this further as it is not housekeeping that will fix a bad air quality issue.
