About this house rental
Enjoy this cozy cottage in North Marion, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and easy access to Indiana Wesleyan University about 10 minutes away. Guests have access to the full house with an open floor plan and comfortable living space. High speed internet and the office make it convenient to work on the go, while the plush furniture and TVs to make it easy to relax and unwind.
The home is equipped with a main bedroom, a second bedroom with office, full bathroom, living room, dining area, laundry room, kitchen, sunroom, and attached garage.
**Exterior Security Cameras Onsite: For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are four exterior security cameras with video and audio recording installed around the outside of the home. One camera monitors the front entry and driveway, one covers the side entry and area in front of the garage, one monitors the rear entry, and one monitors the backyard. These cameras do not capture any interior spaces and there are no indoor cameras. The cameras are in place solely for security and property management purposes.**

Here is a polished version of your review:Caitlin's Cottage was the perfect place for my wife and me to retreat after a four-day conference at IWU. The cottage was clean, quiet, comfortable, and very accommodating to our needs. Thoughtful touches throughout created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.Our only regret was that our stay was limited due to our speaking and meeting schedules. We would have loved to spend more time enjoying this peaceful retreat.We highly recommend Caitlin's Cottage and would gladly stay here again.

I booked the cottage for a weekend to visit my niece at IWU and do some antiquing. The hosts were top notch and the cottage was clean, comfy and modern.
