About this house rental
Gazing out the windows of this new house gives a feeling of being perched in a tree, with views of the surrounding greenery. Enjoy an evening on the oversized covered porch after a day of hiking in the ancient redwood forest. 2 bedrooms with hotel quality bedding will ensure a good night sleep, a full modern kitchen will inspire breakfast creations.

This house is 1 of 3 in a private gated estate on 5 acres, though each house is situated in a way to enjoy privacy.
The house itself has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom.
As you walk in from the parking area you’ll enter the large covered deck and through the front door you’ll find the bright living room and modern kitchen. The bedrooms and bath are located down a set of stairs off the living room. The larger bedroom has a door that leads outside to a second porch. The bathroom has a full bathtub great for soaking and an on-demand hot water heater to ensure that everyone gets a hot shower!
You’ll have access to the entire house and also the surrounding property that is shared with the other 2 rentals. The large meadow has a fire pit, a small pond, horseshoes

If there is anything you may need, we are available to communicate by phone or come by the house. We are usually about 10-15 minutes away and can help resolve any issues that may arise
We are a mom and pop operation; we do the housekeeping and maintenance, so I very much appreciate that guests leave the house tidy at checkout.
The town of Miranda is about a mile from the Airbnb on the Avenue of the Giants (also known as CA-254). They have groceries, fuel, and a charging station
Being situated on the Avenue of The Giants, there is easy access to HWY 101,
but you may also hear some noise from the highway.
Humboldt County is a rural, forested area and you may have limited cellular/data services and GPS/Navigation Will not be accurate. Please print and follow my directions
Guests booking through certain platforms will be asked to sign a rental agreement and payment will be processed through a hosting company called Hostaway. Cancellations will be handled according to the policy, minus cc processing fees

Stayed here to visit Humboldt Redwoods. Perfect location, right on the Avenue of the Giants. Pictures online are accurate, clean, kitchen was well stocked, all appliances worked and host communicated quickly. Had a great visit.
