About this villa rental
Ancient villa with sea views, nestled in the beautiful Tuscan hills just a few kilometers from the sea and the lively town of Viareggio. The living area features a spacious open-plan design, skillfully adapted from the ancient oratory, and includes a living room with fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchen. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all air-conditioned and with ensuite bathrooms, renovated in 2023.
The property is meticulously maintained, with great attention to detail from the owners, ensuring it is always in perfect condition to welcome new guests.
The stunning garden, designed by a renowned architect, surrounds the property with centuries-old trees and fruit trees. Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, a shower, and changing rooms, as well as a tennis court.
The outdoor veranda, complete with a barbecue, is a magical cool spot for dining or enjoying the sunset during cocktail hours.
The breathtaking views and tranquility of the surroundings make this charming property an ideal retreat for relax and well-being with family or friends, while being conveniently close to the vibrant nightlife and amenities of Versilia.

I simply do not have words to describe this beautiful home and property! The pictures are on point, however the view in person is breathtaking. From the smell of the flowers at every step, the fruit in the orchard and salad in the garden are all a bonus!We love tennis and talk about a match with a view! The pool is pristine, I simply just wanted to stay there every second. The details of the home, it’s simply immaculate! I was sad to leave & already dreaming of the day I return- I will not need to search for another property upon my return, I truly found a little piece of heaven in Italy!!

Our stay at this property was outstanding, both in terms of the villa itself and our experience with the host. The outdoor spaces—including the pool, tennis court, gardens, and seating areas—exceeded our expectations. We only wish there were more bedrooms to fully enjoy these beautiful outdoor amenities! Indoors, the villa was nicely furnished and well-appointed.
Our host, Susanna, was incredibly responsive, gracious, and helpful throughout our stay.
We were there in August, and the heat was intense, reaching up to 38°C (100°F). Having the abundant umbrellas by the pool was a lifesaver, though even with the villa closed up during the day, it was still a bit challenging to be indoors. The AC in the bedrooms worked very well, but having additional units in the living spaces would have been a welcome improvement.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. As others have mentioned, the drive up to the villa is quite long, so be sure to plan your grocery shopping carefully—quick trips to the store aren’t really an option.
All in all, this villa is a 10 out of 10, and we would love to visit again.
