The apartment was perfect for our family and in a sweet spot that had just the right amount of activity on the streets below both day and night the kind that makes you want to open the window and soak it in. It was just as described in the listing and was an excellent communicator. I’d stay again!

Our stay in Florence was wonderful! The apartment was perfect for our needs (family of 4). It was very clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to all the locations we wanted to visit. Paola was able to help us with any questions along the way. Overall, a great stay!

The location is amazing, and the apartment is minimalistic and very clean. However, the temperature inside was around 28C (82F) when we arrived, and it remained that way through the night, making it quite uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. When we contacted the host about the A/C, we were made to feel uncomfortable for even asking. We later realized that she had control over the A/C units, which added to our frustration.I still recommend the place for its style and location, but I’d likely consider other options next time.
