The property features king-size beds with premium foam mattresses in all en-suite bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The game room provides entertainment with a convertible pool, air hockey, and tennis table, perfect for endless hours of enjoyment. Enjoy a short walk to an almost private beach, explore the area with provided bikes, and unwind in the fully fenced yard. A private elevator adds convenience to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, your vacation home will be prepared with a selection of starter supplies and everyday essentials for your arrival. 🌴



We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, fresh bed linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, a few basic spices, dishwasher pods, a starter roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies.

You’ll also find a starter coffee station with ground coffee, coffee cups, sugar, tea, and creamer—perfect for enjoying your first morning at the house. ☕️

For your outdoor adventures, the home also includes two bikes, a BBQ grill, 8 beach chairs, a wagon, and one beach umbrella for you to enjoy during your stay. 🚲🚲🛶🏖️

Please keep in mind that all toiletries, paper products, coffee supplies, and other consumable items are provided as a complimentary starter supply for your arrival. Depending on the length of your stay and your personal needs, you may wish to purchase additional supplies during your visit.

The Neighborhood:

Beachfront neighborhood. No through traffic. The beach is super private; only neighborhood residents use it. No public access or public parking. Close to miles of walking or biking trails.



Getting Around:

Car is recommended. Uber is available.

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions. Pool heater is available for $45 per night for stays of 2–5 nights. A discounted weekly rate of $287 is available, with a multi-week rate of $200 per week. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
