About this house rental
This tropical paradise has all of the amenities allowing you to social distance in retreat style. Salt water pool, hot tub, bikes, and parks all within a two minute proximity. It also includes an air conditioned pool house with a smart TV, queen size bed and full bath. Open floor plan in the main house includes a fireplace and game room that even includes a pool table. A finely appointed kitchen includes 2 eat at counters (one on patio with kitchen window pass thru). Large dining room. House is fully furnished with 2 large smart TVs, free wi-fi & cable. The master bedroom has a large jetted tub. Washer & Dryer included along with a barbecue grill for those scrumptious pool-side cookouts. This gorgeous property is just 1 block from Twin Rivers Park with biking, jogging trails, picnic areas, and 2 huge fishing docks overlooking the intracoastal waterway and St. Lucy Inlet. Restaurants with excellent seafood are located all around the area. Beautiful sandy beaches, water-sports, and wildlife refuges are located all around our area. The Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute is located on Hutchison Island just across from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. If you would love to hang out in the evening with the musically inclined members of your Tribe..., there is a beautiful fire pit on the back side of the lighted pool. The home is equipped with a home security system and exterior security cameras. Pool/hot tub is within the coverage area of the device. Check Rental Agreement for additional house rules.

I can’t say enough about this amazing home! Let’s talk about the elephant in the room. The “pool.” Did y’all see the pool?! Pics don’t do it justice! Most hotels don’t have property and pools that are this nice! That’s the real reason we booked it! The home is gorgeous! The guys loved the pool table and ping pong! I stayed in the pool! The home itself was spotless as was the pool house. What? A pool house you say? Yes! There’s a pool house! Imagine a studio apt on steroids! It’s where our boys slept. They felt so cool! Leslie was super sweet and responded to my many silly messages fast. If I had to dig around and find one negative thing about it, I guess it would be that there wasn’t a TV in any of the 3 bedrooms. I know! I know! Super petty! I said I’d have to dig around to find something negative! I’m sure it’s not a problem for a lot of people, but we’re TV on kinda family. So we just went to WalMart and bought one! We’re driving back to Kentucky and needed a new one at home anyway! So, two birds! Anyway! This place is amazing! We didn’t want to leave. DoorDash and Instacart will deliver. It’s a really quiet location and when the rain hits the metal roof…instant nap time! All in all, you can’t go wrong with this place. It’s big enough to spread out but still feel like you’re in the heart of it all! The screened in lanai was used a lot! I kinda want to gate keep this place, but I won’t. Everyone should be able to feel like they’re on their own private island at least once!

This property was very clean and well maintained and our host was very responsive. The pool house is a great accommodation for adults or teens in the group. The pool and hot tub were in excellent working order and the grounds, as you can see from the photos, are beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and private and there is a nice little park on the intracoastal right down the street which we walked to for some exercise. We loved the Port Salerno area, and ate out at several local restaurants that we really enjoyed.

A true piece of paradise. This property exceeded every expectation—the photos don’t do it justice. It was perfect for our family of six, and our four girls had an absolute blast swimming and making memories. There was plenty of space to relax and unwind, with cozy spots for downtime including board games. The neighborhood was great for morning runs and offered beautiful lookout points. We truly felt like we found the hidden gem of Port Salerno and would absolutely return.

The host was extremely responsive and it was so easy to communicate with her. The house was super clean and well stocked. It was definitely an enjoyable visit.
