Message me for off-season specials! A Beach Retreat Down is a private, 3 bdrm, 2 bath Myrtle Beach vacation rental located just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk with free parking! Will comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. This recently renovated house, which is the downstairs section of a duplex, offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms that will comfortably accommodate 8 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full size beds and queen sofa bed). Additional features include fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, grill, and washer and dryer and hot tub! Excessive sand or rocks in hot tub will result in $100 cleaning fee. This pet-friendly house (fee applies. Failure to disclose you are bringing a pet/s will result in a flat $200 fee regardless of trip length) offers TVs in every room! No smoking! Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house.

The home is in a great location. Easy 3 minute walk to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to Peaches Corner, where the majority of attractions begin. Very clean. We didn't use the hot tub but it was very clean as well. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Fast and courteous. Of note to travelers. We stayed on the first floor. Midway through our stay, another family rented the top floor. There was a young child who was running constantly throughout the night up until and slightly past midnight every night. The thumping of the footsteps was very loud. One final note. When the family moved in above, there was a strong smell of marijuana which was not pleasant.Overall our stay was very good. I guess there are somethings out of the hosts and guests control.

The property was nice, comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property. Just a very short walk to the beach and close to plenty of attractions. I would stay again no doubt. Easy check-in and no negative review.

I booked this property for the hot tub but fell in love with the beach themed house! The host emailed a very detailed and clear summary of instructions. The beach was 2 blocks away which was perfect walking distance. There were two security cameras on site; both exterior cameras. Both cameras seemed to be aimed at the front entrance and back exit which was great! I will most definitely be booking again!

House was clean, just a little outdated. Hot tub was fantastic! Host was very easy to reach and communicate with. I was a little perturbed that it wasn’t very clear in the listing that this was a duplex situation. I wouldn’t have rented had I known that.
