This property was pretty cool. The kids loved it. There were so many hot tubs, two pools and two lazy rivers. Also it’s right on the beach. The room was very nice and comfy. The furnished kitchen was helpful so we didn’t have to eat out the entire time. We had a very minor issue but the host was right on top of things and came immediately to rectify it. Our only issue was with the hotel elevators and that has zero to do with the host as they have no control over that. Would 100% stay again. Also you can park across the road and walk through a breezeway to the hotel instead of having to walk across the street.

The overall stay was great, but the air conditioner unit broke. It was over 80 degrees in there but the owner fixed it with a backup unit. The light fixture kept majority of us up all night, blinking off, and on the toilet broke, and the lights in the back of the unit stopped working. These issues didn’t stop us from celebrating our birthday girl 8th birthday! It slowed us down a little! Not sure if we’d book here again! Too many issues, one after another one! However, the owners bought my granddaughter a birthday cake, which I thought was extra sweet!
