The location of this property was outstanding, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The place was clean, and it matched the description provided in the listing. If not for a few significant issues, this would have easily been a five-star stay.The biggest problem—and the reason we’re giving four stars instead of five—was the beds. Quite honestly, these were the worst beds I have ever slept on. One bed appeared to be broken, and the other was so worn out that you could feel every spring. Sleeping on it felt like getting a massage you never wanted. I woke up multiple times during the night feeling like my back was going to snap in half. A comfortable bed is one of the most basic expectations of any rental, and unfortunately these mattresses fell far below that standard.In addition, several things around the property need attention. The bathroom doors were broken, the shower door was broken, and overall the unit feels quite dated and overdue for some updates.That said, the location really is fantastic, the host was responsive and easy to work with, and the property was clean and accurately represented. If the beds were replaced and the broken doors repaired, this would absolutely be a five-star property. Until then, prospective guests should be aware that the sleeping arrangements may significantly impact their stay.

I rented the place for a small getaway. It was spacious enough to fit my whole family. The balcony outlooking the beach was incredible to wake up to. The location was also within a few mile radius from restaurants and grocery stores which made it easy. It came with a full functioning kitchen, and lots of seating arrangements. The host was responsive and lovely as well. Will definitely book again.

Location could not have been better. Beautiful place

The house was very beautiful and huge. Needs lot of plumbing work. Lack of sheets and towels for large group. Master bathroom rugs are very dirty - vacuum cleaner don’t work. We purchased one to clean the house.If the house is renovated a little we don’t mind coming back to the house. Location is fantastic and balcony view is perfect.
