The views are fabulous and the best part of the unit. Spectacular! It was lovely listening to the ocean. We slept very well! The residence was very clean which I really appreciated. The cleaners are outstanding. Lee, the property manager was very prompt when communicating with me. We had an issue with the windows and she had a repairman come out right away. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and extra pillows. The kitchen was nice with a cooktop, microwave, toaster and a full-size refrigerator. The bathroom was immaculate with a nice tub shower, large vanity and washer/dryer combo. The carpeting seemed to be quite new and was clean and lush, the vinyl tile flooring was clean and nice looking. The furniture was older but serviceable, but the couch and loveseat have seen better days. A couple of areas that could use some improvement are the exterior entry and the extremely musty smell as you enter the unit. Beach areas fight mold and mildew constantly so some odor is understandable but this was quite strong. We opened the windows and the main living areas were fine. The location was great, very quiet and so close to the bluffs overlooking the ocean.We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

Property was tucked in an adorable subdivision with great amenities for lounging & cooking. Other than the dampness & my personal issues with carpet, it was perfect for my huaband & I. View & sopt across the Pebble Bebble Beach Dr. was amazing as we watched the sunset!
