The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week and small size). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

The villa consists of a main house (400 square meters) and an annex. MAIN HOUSE - GROUND FLOOR - Large entrance with central spiral staircase framed by an Azul Cielo marble backdrop; contemporary kitchen with central island and French windows that lead to the patio; dining room with French windows; two double bedrooms that share a bathroom with shower. BASEMENT - Open-plan living area with sofa, TV, dining table and contemporary fireplace, with two sliding doors to the outside; bathroom with shower; closet. FIRST FLOOR - Double bedroom with divisible bed and hot tub in the private bathroom; double bedroom with walk-in closet, private bathroom with shower, double sink and sauna. ANNEX - GROUND FLOOR - Open space living area with living room, TV, kitchenette and bathroom with shower; French window opening onto a loggia with seating and barbecue area with wood oven. Park:
The 4,000 m² fenced garden is arranged on several levels, following the natural slope of the land. Large lawns are dotted with olive trees and adorned with bronze animal sculptures. The patio adjoining the house offers a shaded dining area and a lounge with panoramic views of the hills, the tennis court and the well-kept garden. A barbecue area with a wood oven and a nearby laundry room complete the outdoor services. Two marble stairs lead from the basement to the ground floor, strengthening the link between the villa and its surroundings. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The fenced pool area is located in front of the main house and is accessed by climbing the marble stairs or from the lawn, using the wooden fence gate; it is surrounded by olive trees and aromatic plants, which guarantee privacy and intimacy. Rectangular in shape with Roman steps, it measures 16 x 8.5 m, with a depth that varies from 1.05 to 1.40 m: 20 cm entrance to the beach; Bisazza mosaic coating; chlorine filtration; marble pool terrace equipped with sun loungers, gazebo and shower with hot and cold water; open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Tennis Court:
Regulatory concrete playing field measuring 10 x 23 meters, located along the access road.
