Welcome to this quaint efficiency located in the vibrant small town of Port Salerno which lies along the Port St Lucie River near the inlet to the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy great waterfront restaurants, bars and shops. Outdoor activities include fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and much more. Be sure to check out the Manatee Pocket Walk in downtown Port Salerno. Only 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of South Florida! You will find a spaceous and private back yard with plenty of seating and a fire pit. There is also a utility room with a brand new washer and dryer should you need it. Inside the property you will find a thoughtfully laid out studio style, complete with full size appliances and stocked kitchen with most cooking necessities including coffee maker and coffee. There is also a comfortable queen bed, couch and coffee table in addition to small dining table and a flat screen TV.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. My only heads up is that while the sofa/futon folds flat, it is not as comfortable as a regular bed, so if you're hoping for a pull out sleeper sofa, you might be disappointed. Everything else is great.

Jason was very accommodating and responsive! The property was very clean and thoughtfully designed and furnished with everything you'd need! We were there for an interim stay bc our flight was cancelled and it was perfect for us for two nights!

Wife and I have stayed here multiple times. Its always been great. Quiet area, short walk to fantastic food. Room is always clean and the parking is easy. Will stay again soon im sure.
