Everything is right here: Restaurants & Shops within easy walking distance. And Lively Siesta Key Village with its quaint shops and nightlife is just a quick drive up the road. Also there is a free trolley to take you up and down the Siesta Key so no need to drive.

This is a very nice place to stay right down from Captain Kirk’s, with a small walk to the beautiful beach on Siesta Key. It has everything you need to cook, wash and dry your clothes, and even grill on your private fenced patio right out your front door. 2 br, living room with two couches, and great places to eat all around you within a couple minutes walk. I will definitely be staying here again. Very clean and well kept. Thanks John, we had a great time.

The "stay" was good. Great location, close to most beautiful sandy beaches. Great trolley and restaurants nearby or easy to get to...townhouse was clean, well equipped on the positive side; on the negative, if you are disabled, or have to be seated getting in the shower/tub, you are going to have problems in that bathroom. It has shower doors that you can barely bypass to get to the tub and tiny bathroom. Dangerous for me to shower as I have a disability; shower doors should be TAKEN DOWN AND REPLACED WITIH A CURTAIN. Very dangerous and slippery, a nightmare to shower for me.
