I stayed here with my wife and 3 adult children for a family reunion and was very pleased with our accommodations. It was clean, sizable, comfortable, modern and convenient. The price was reasonable considering it is a short walk to the beach accessible through a locked code pad gate. There are beach chairs with a wagon to transport to the beach. The unit is fully stocked and supplied with everything you need for a vacation surprisingly including items like dish washer pods, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc that we typically need to pick up at a local store. There was even a "take a little, give a little" liquor cabinet! The pool is very nice. My son and daughter used the fitness room and were impressed. We didn't use the tennis/pickle ball courts but they looked nice. Bedrooms have plenty of dresser and closet space. The king mattress in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Queen in other bedroom not so much. All in all we loved our stay. Rick was great to work with, very responsive and we'd go again.

If there ever was a host that embodied what it truly means to be a super host, Rick would surely be it. He unequivocally sets the gold standard, and is by far the best we've had over the many years we've used VRBO (and we've had many great hosts over the years).His place was pure perfection, and the cleanest, most comfortable vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated and wanting for nothing, there was nothing we asked for that Rick didn't provide for. Siesta Key is one of Florida's crown jewels, and having the privilege to stay at his place to enjoy all Sarasota had to offer had no price tag. From the massive pool (biggest on Siesta Key), steps from your toes in the powdery quartz sand, and the convenience of being both on the key and near the mainland (just across the bridge!), we had everything we could have asked for and beyond that. My wife and I along with our 14-year old twin girls were genuinely sad to leave, and cannot wait for a return visit in the future. For all those planning their dream Florida beach vacation, find your way to Sarasota, embrace the vibe of Siesta Key, and stay at Rick's place to do it all. Five stars, without even blinking.

We had a great experience staying at Ricks condo. The whole process went smoothly from the beginning to the end. Any question we got Rick replied right away. The condo was very tastefully decorated (we stole some ideas for our house). Beds are extremely comfortable, and having our morning coffee at the balcony was so relaxing.The location was right, the pool clean, the beach gorgeous, what else do you need for a perfect vacation. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat

This condo was excellent! It was in a great location, was very clean, and had lots of space. The pool and pickleball courts were also in great condition. The host gave very clear instructions on how to check into the condo and answered any questions we had right away! There were even beach chairs and extra rackets to use. I would definitely stay here again!!
