This beautiful Open Concept Terrace Condo is located on the 1st floor. The View is said to be " A million Dollar View", overlooking Lake Babcock and the Golf Course. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a walk in closet and adjoining master bathroom. The guest bedroom has queen bed and is located near the Guest Bathroom, just down the hall from the Laundry Room.
Its is easy to fall in love with the Open Concept floorplan of the Birkdale Model, which features an open kitchen with an island a eat-in breakfast bar & formal dining space with seating for 4 and a beautifully designed living area where you can relax after a day on the golf course!

The condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location. It's within walking distance to the pool and the sunsets are amazing. Ethan is a great host. He was always so helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again!

The accommodation was good. A king size bed would have been better. A ceiling fan on the patio would have made sitting on the patio in the late afternoon more pleasant. Also at night the entry door was very dark.

Loved being on ground floor ,just a short walk to the fantastic pool, golf and pickleball. Host was quick to respond with any questions we had.Loved it

Stayed for the month of December. Ethan was very accessible when needed.
Only downfall would be the location, other than a Publix and a few other small stores on location, it is half hour to 45 minutes to anything.
Otherwise, enjoyed the unit and the golf course.
