The unit was very clean. The instructions for checking in were easy. It was a little hot when we got there. No A/C but we just opened windows and turned on the ceiling fans. The bathtub drain was clogged but I texted the property manager and they fixed it within a few hours. The location was amazing. Quick walk to the beach and to Main St Ventura.

There is no air conditioning, only ceiling fans-2.When we entered the property it was extremely hot and stuffy. Only one section of 3 windows had screens. For us this place was very walkable to Main Street.

The property was clean and decorated nicely. The check in process added extra time and stress to have to meet someone at the property at a specific time to check ID. We had a difficult time the first night due to a strong gas odor that we later figured out was from the heater. Overall it was a good place to stay that allows dogs.
