* Pets: Only pets 20 lbs. or under are permitted. Pets must be clean and well-groomed and are not allowed on beds, sofas, chairs, or other furniture. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by a pet.
* No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted in the unit. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level.
* Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the penthouse. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, with the balcony door completely closed so smoke does not enter the unit. If evidence of indoor smoking is detected, a $500 cleaning/violation fee may apply.
* Registered guests only: Only guests included on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight or sleep in the unit. Please let me know in advance if there are any changes to the registered guest count.
* Respect the property: Please treat the penthouse, furnishings, and amenities with care and leave the space in the same condition in which you found it.
