Welcome to The Barnacle in Gulf Shores. This is a single family home perfectly located from all the amenities! Conveniently located just two blocks from the beach and walkable distance to shops, markets, restaurants, State Park, The Hangout and all the action! It's a one- of-a-kind property barn on the beach. With its bright and vibrant boutique hotel style interior makes it a perfect background for all those selfies. Looking for something unique and fun? This is it!
Things to Note:
This house has stairs including a spiral staircase. Please be careful on and around stair case and monitor children and pets at all times. House was built in 1980 and does have some spaces that are tight and a little unusual. The bunk room is connected to and shares bathroom with primary bedroom on the top floor. The laundry/utility area has lower beams please be careful while in that area.
- Construction Noise ( construction across the street & city paving new street)
- No Lift (must be able to climb stairs)
- Quirks of an Older Home ( light switches are in odd locations, tight spaces in some areas)
- Bunk Room is attached to the Primary Bedroom
- Low Beams in the First Floor
- Not Fenced
-We have a camera on front door / driveway area this is for safety and security and to verify the number of guests and pets etc
