About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the second floor with lift, of an ancient medieval building, with a very elegant entrance, overlooking a courtyard with a beautiful garden. the apartment opens onto a small corridor on the left is the fully furnished kitchen for cooking, equipped with oven, 4 burners, dishwasher. A room with a well-lit double bed, a small terrace where the washing machine is located and space for drying clothes. A room with a single bed and a French door overlooking the terrace. A living area with a sofa and two armchairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, the room has a window and a French window overlooking the terrace, the terrace is equipped with sunshades and has flowers in the planters, there are two chairs and you can have your meals on the parapet, made just for this use. the environment is truly magical, the terrace is also equipped with two lamps for the evening. The bathroom has a very comfortable shower and a window. The apartment has independent heating and also air conditioning. The second floor can be reached by lift. The apartment is located in a very elegant area of Florence, Via Tornabuoni is also called the living room of Florence, it is located a stone's throw from the Ponte Vecchio.

My family stayed in three VRBOs while in Italy, and this one was, by far the best. The property is in excellent condition. The location is perfect--close to many sights, shopping, and excellent food--yet quiet when you want a break from the crowds. What really set this property apart was the attention to every detail. Many extras were provided like coffee and toiletries. The host arranged for a taxi for us for our departure. Every time we had questions, we received a quick response. I give this property my highest recommendation and hope to return some day.

Amazing apartment in great location to explore Florence. Maria Pia was wonderful and Mila made checking in a breeze. She was so helpful with getting us a cab and offered to come receive our luggage that was lost since we had a tour the next day. We couldn’t have been happier with the place. So many amenities to make it a wonderful stay!

Maria was such s gracious host! She went above and beyond to make sure my daughters had a smooth check in/ out . This was s perfect location as well. It was close enough to walk to all of the sites and be able to come back to the apartment to rest, refresh and cool off for a bit.

Really enjoyed our stay here! It's a great location on a pretty quiet street, Just steps away from Piazza Santa Trinita, the Arno River, Pointe Vecchio and more. The building has a small lift for luggage which is a big plus. The apartment has lots of natural light, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Our greeter, Mila, was very sweet, helpful with suggestions for the area and very responsive with any questions. Highly recommend staying here! Grazie mille, Mila and Maria!
