Check in process was poor. The link for check-in did not work that arrived via email. This email provided pad lock door number. I reached out a couple days ahead, but unable to communicate or reach anyone. No contact numbers. Finally, the property manager responded an hour before check-in and provided a code that took 3-grown adults to figure it, thankfully we were able bc property management would not respond for assistance. That was the last we heard. The description of the RnB did not match sleeping ten. We original sought out the place for family gathering to sleep 10, thankfully four family members were not able to join. There is no WiFi. The pool was dirty. The pool broom swept up dirt. The pool cleaning floating device did not work. The tube in the bathroom needed a good scrubbing bc film was on the side of tube, you can tell the housemaid hadn’t been there awhile. Bathroom ceiling vent had mold. The B-Q-Grill had to be cleaned before we could use it. No big deal, bc we did manage. My family are resilient and we enjoyed each other, 2.5 yrs since we’ve been together last. Thankfully, we are built that way. The closes had to drive 5 hours while others came from Alaska. The property management reached out to inquire how the visit went, “sorry I wasn’t responsive as I’m am normally”, she writes. Like really, you now think I’m going to try to communicate with you when you’ve been unresponsive to answer questions about your place during our stay ? And now, here you are?
