Nestled in Edmond, this lovely house for $170 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This house is monitored by an exterior video security system to ensure the security of the home and safety of its guests and neighbors. Absolutely no parties or events allowed and no inside smoking. Updated, spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood with mature shade trees. The home is centrally located in Edmond so you are just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, Mitch Park and the YMCA, Barnett Field Splash Pad, UCO campus, Downtown Edmond and still an easy 25 minute drive to Downtown OKC. During your stay, you can spread out and relax on a new sofa and loveseat and enjoy a 55 inch, 4K flat screen TV with access to Netflix, wiifi and Internet TV. The kitchen nook has a 4-seat table and the formal dining features a beautiful farmhouse table that can seat 8 people comfortably. The master suite offers a comfortable queen-sized bed with a pillow top mattress, microfiber sheets and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom includes double sinks, a separate tub and shower and a big walk-in closet. Two guest bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and the third has a fun, twin-over-full sized bunk bed that can comfortably sleep 3 guests. The second living room is stocked with board games, a large sleeper sofa, and a couple of chairs that create an area away from the TV for some fun, quality family time! Enjoy the mature trees and quiet fenced in backyard with outdoor seating and gas grill with propane provided. We want you to enjoy your stay, so all our beds have microfiber sheets, a variety of pillows, and extra blankets. A pack n play and booster highchair are available for those traveling with small children. A storm shelter is located in the garage so you can relax during your stay no matter what the weather is doing outside. Only people on guest count can stay overnight. There is a step down in the living room, please be aware and make your guests aware. Parking allowed in garage and driveway. Please limit the number of cars parked in the street and utilize the garage and driveway which easily accommodates four vehicles. We ask you are respectful to the neighbors and adhere to quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

The house worked out great for our large family. We were in town for a wedding. There was plenty of space to stretch out and get ready. The house is just as shown in the photos. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacations with a large family can be very difficult, but this house allowed me to invite my parents to come along and we had plenty of very comfortable space. Cooking in, easy access to OKC sites, and a quite safe neighborhood.

The house was very spacious and accommodating for large families with children. There were a few expired pantry items, but overall, the home was stocked well with essentials. The best thing was the location- nearby shopping, dining and grocery stores!

The location of this house was great. The house was very run down and needs some work. The garbage disposal didn’t work and the dishwasher is very poorly insulated and extremely loud. The house needs a little TLC and money put back into it. It has a lot of potential, just very run down and not Maintained the best.

This property was located within 15 minutes of the OKC Zoo and Children's Science Museum. There were many restaurants nearby, as well as a Walmart. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Very good, quiet location. Neighbors quiet and friendly. The pots and pans were heavily used and the non-stick coatings were heavily scratched. The vent hood only half worked when plugged in; it was unplugged when we arrived. There was a spot in the wood fence that a small dog could escape through. All that being said, it was a pleasant stay and we would book again. We were running late with checkout and the housekeeper showed up promptly at 10am. If you book this place, make sure to check out on time. We felt bad for inconveniencing the housekeeper.

We needed a place to stay for our family in Edmond to attend a family reunion. Jackie's beautiful VRBO home had everything we needed for our family. The 4 bedrooms gave us plenty of room and the home was stocked with lots of pillows, blankets, and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It's close to grocery stores, restaurants, and more! I highly recommend Jackie's home. We are originally from Edmond and now live in Tennessee. I am thrilled that I found this VRBO. It will be my go to place when we visit in the future!

The location was easy to get to and very convenient for getting to restaurants and/or retail stores. The home was clean and attractive and went above and beyond meeting our needs. The property was nice but we arrived to find ants from back door to kitchen and in the sugar bag. While the home did appear clean, the carpet had a strong odor. Many of the bedroom lights did not function. In one bedroom neither the fan nor the light worked.

We were a group of 6 adults, 5 kids and a dog. The house gave us ample space and kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely use again if the need arose.

We chose this property for a family reunion and can't say enough good things about the stay. The grandkids loved it and quickly found the toys. What a great surprise that was. We stayed for 2 nights with our 3 children. Plenty of space to spread out. We really appreciated the small touches.... a charging station for phones and devices, plastic dishes and glasses for the kids, and coffee available for use. Jackie was very easy to communicate with and this home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
