I consider this a great find! We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from New College and the hotels were just so expensive! Found this gem that gave us a view of the beach. Three nights cost less than 2 nights of hotel and gave us separate rooms and lots of space. The owner is in the process of fixing up the place in a retro style that we love! Perfectly located close to the college and shopping.

Good location and nice neighborhood. Close to everywhere we had planned to go. House needs updating. Most electrical outlets and light switches didn’t work. Bathrooms showers are not for people over 5 foot tall. The space under the kitchen sink needs to be cleaned. It was nasty. Living room furniture was comfortable. View of the water was beautiful.
