About this house rental
This is a 1750 square foot home on Core Sound that has recently been renovated. It features an open floor plan with a large kitchen, counter seating for 4 and a dining table for 8, all with spectacular water views. There are 3 bedrooms(2 downstairs and 1 upstairs) and 3 baths. The home will sleep 8 comfortably. There are 2 covered porches and a large waterside deck with comfortable seating. Outside there is a covered cooking area with grills and gas cookers. Launch your kayak off of or tie your boat to the pier. Bait the crab trap that is provided and enjoy a meal of blue crabs and rock crab claws. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer provided for your convenience in a laundry nook off of the main bathroom.

We've been here numerous times & love it more every time! Glad we get to come every year and spend time at this special place. Wife and kids love it, with one more on the way they'll get to enjoy it soon enough as well! Thanks for the house and always being a good host George!!

Very nice property that includes a porch/deck on the rear of the cottage where we enjoyed the spectacular views of Core Sound. We also enjoyed a restful week spending time fishing and crabbing and were able to catch enough crabs to prepare crab cakes for one of our evening dinners along with some shrimp and oysters that we purchased from one of the local fish houses. The cottage was very comfortable, clean and well maintained, and we noticed some upgrades have been made to the master bath since our last visit the previous year. Another thing that makes this rental so appealing is that it is a one floor level and has very few steps to negotiate when entering the cottage.

This is our second visit to this property. The owners again provided a great opportunity to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped for every need. The beds were comfortable and accessories showed attention to detail.
