About this apartment rental
If you're looking for an adorable one bedroom bayfront condo with lots of personality, this is the place! The relaxing views of the bay from your balcony will be a great way to start your day with morning coffee. Sleep capacity is 4. King size bedding in the bedroom, and Queen sleep sofa in living area, along with other beachy updates throughout. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals or venture out to the many popular restaurants nearby, and bypass doing dishes! Take a dip in the Ponte Vista inground pool to cool off on hot days. Convenient to shopping, mini-golf, and just a short drive to the famous OC boardwalk. Minutes to the beaches, where many of the ocean block parking is free & first come, first serve. This property rents any 3 nights all season.
You can choose to bring your own linens (sheet sets and towels) or optionally rent a linen package which will be delivered inside your door upon arrival, and picked up at your departure. Guest also brings their own soaps, paper products, trash bags, beach equipment, etc. There is WiFi and cable TV in the bedroom and living area for your use.
Non-smoking/Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. This place was awesome! The only thing I would suggest is to put a mirror in the bedroom and or the living room dining room area so that two people can get ready at the same time. There’s only one mirror in the whole place and that’s in the bathroom. Absolutely love the view and the location. I definitely will stay there again.

Very cute place, quiet location. Make sure to bring everything with you, sheets, blankets, paper products and especially cleaning products and towels. You are expected to clean all dishes used and put away clean but there is no cleaning supplies to use so we had to go buy everything including trash bags, hand soap and dish soap.
