Ideal location for your trip to Florence. Minutes away to Ponte Vecchio bridge and Piazza della Signoria. Everything was less than 20 minutes away by foot. Having a second full bath was a huge plus. Had issues with the hot water during our stay. The host helped us adjust it on our first night but it would get hot and cold randomly during our stay. Also had some issues with the wifi. It would disappear for periods of time and come back up. Contacted the host and was given another option but speed was slow. Also couldn't figure out how to operate the stove and messaged the host but still couldn't get it to work. They ended up sending someone to assist and realized I was getting inaccurate information. It would be nice if they had a booklet with clear instructions to operate such things. Overall I would recommend this place because of the location and the amenities. Had some issues but host was responsive.
