This was a cute cabin in the mountain! A beautiful view of the forest! The pool table was a great way to spend some quality time! Nice sized bedrooms and the loft area is perfect for adults and teens! Had to reach out to Maddie about the door lock, she responded very quickly and we were able to make it work! It was perfect little cabin for my family!

To start with the good, upon entering the house, the (inside) was clean and seemed like a very good place to stay. Also a good surprise was that the driveway is now concrete, not gravel so it wasnāt bad to go down in cars. On the other hand, we did have a few issues. A couple days before the stay we received a message saying the check in instructions and info we needed. The instructions didnāt include the door code so I messaged the host as we were traveling and hadnāt heard back after 3 hours so I messaged again and finally got a response at 4:30, 30 minutes after check in. Luckily we werenāt there yet by that point. Also small things hadnāt been updated in the listing such as them no longer having a fire pit that we planned to use. Other small things included the bathroom lock getting stuck, the stairs are VERY steep, the outside lock died during our stay so we could only lock the door from the inside, a BO smell that stayed potent in the bathroom no matter what we tried, the washer wasnāt working properly, the water pressure is very poor, and no dishwasher pods being provided when the instructions say to start the dishwasher when youāre leaving. Overall, it wasnāt a bad stay but there were many things that were just very inconvenient throughout the stay. I would stay again though if I was on a low budget.
