Nestled on 2.5 wooded acres in the gated community of Grandview Peaks, this immaculate two-bedroom, two-bath cabin offers the peace, privacy, and comfort you've been looking for. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you'll enjoy the sounds of nature instead of traffic, making it the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and unwind.
Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a weekend with friends, this cozy mountain cabin has everything you need. Sip your morning coffee on the covered front porch while listening to the birds, enjoy dinner on the spacious deck with the electric grill and seating for six, then gather around the fire pit in the evening to roast marshmallows and make s'mores under the stars.
Families especially love the large backyard, which is perfect for kickball, cornhole, lawn games, or simply letting the kids run and play. Since this is the only home on the cul-de-sac, children can ride their bikes with very little traffic to worry about.
As our guest, you'll also enjoy the wonderful amenities of Grandview Peaks, including a scenic mountain lake with a swimming beach, fishing dock, beautiful waterfall, and miles of hiking trails just waiting to be explored.
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that's stocked with everything needed to prepare family favorites, bake a birthday cake, or simmer a pot of stew after a day of exploring the mountains. The comfortable living room features a cozy gas fireplace for chilly evenings, while mini-splits in each bedroom provide heat and air conditioning for a great night's sleep.
Sleeping arrangements include:
Primary bedroom with a queen bed and private en suite bathroom
First-floor guest bedroom with two twin beds
Upstairs loft with a twin trundle bed
Traveling with little ones? We've made that easier, too, with a Pack 'n Play, high chair, and baby gate available for your use.
The cabin is ideally located for exploring western North Carolina. Historic Marion is just 20 minutes away and hosts festivals and community events throughout much of the year. Outdoor adventures are all within easy driving distance, including Lake James, Catawba Falls, the Thermal Belt Rail Trail, Pisgah National Forest, Mount Mitchell, Grandfather Mountain, and the magnificent Biltmore Estate in Asheville. We had a great time here, the host was amazing, the place is beautiful. The location couldn't be better; inside you have everything you need to cook, play games, watch tv, or roast marshmallows in the back yard. This place is truly amazing and the location is priceless.
