About this house rental
This large 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath townhouse, is located near 7th street in downtown Ocean City and can accommodate 10 people!
You will be your kid’s hero as they easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, amusement park and skate park just to name a few. You’ll love that fact that you can leave the car parked in the garage and not have to drive all over the city to find a parking spot! You will be within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers. It is also convenient for those that participate in sporting events/activities on the beach!
This spacious townhouse is nicely decorated and has TVs in most rooms. The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is ready for those nights that you want to stay in and cook. With two decks, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy those cool evening bay breezes and there are even peaks of the beach!
So come and relax, leave your car in the garage and make some Ocean City memories with us!

* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This property utilizes a ring doorbell for security purposes.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* There is a garage that will fit 2 vehicles.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend (Will Close on 9/8 for 2026)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This home is on 7th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 10 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

We’re a family of 6 and everyone has no complaint about this place! Very close to the beach, everyone had their own space, everything is very clean. We’re very happy & satisfied, will absolutely come back.

stayed here with a group of friends for country calling this year ! it was a perfect location, 3 blocks from the boardwalk and PLENTY of room! Fully stocked kitchen with supplies and everything we needed. Did not include linens it was an extra fee which was a bummer, and some rooms and bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner but it worked for what we needed. Communication was great, and would totally come back again!

The bunkbed room was tight. Not having a garbage disposal was not fun. I highly recommend adding one. Also, could have used more bathing towels. The carpet needs to go. I suggest adding LVP. The pool being closed upon arrival wasn't the nicest welcome and it was the only day we could use the pool b/c of the weather. I also suggest leaving olive oil for renters. The door into the house from garage doesn't close all the way. Kind of a pain not being able to access the garage from the outside but I get it.
