Welcome to our privately owned, newly constructed luxury condo in Ocean City, MD—Bayberry on the Bay. It is superbly located on 26th St. Situated on a canal with bay views for peace and quiet, it is also just two blocks from the Ocean City Boardwalk, beach, Jolly Rogers amusements, and many restaurants. Everything is walkable! The open-concept condo features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths, and 2 balconies. The location and excellent accommodations will ensure an enjoyable stay.
Building amenities include secure entry, an elevator, and onsite parking. The beach, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, amusements, water sports, and more are all nearby.
Sleeping up to twelve guests (10 adult maximum), this four-bedroom, three-bath condo features a king in the primary bedroom, a king in bedroom two, a queen in bedroom three, and two sets of pyramid bunks in bedroom four.
Two vehicles may park in tandem with the proper parking pass. Covered and assigned parking, labeled #9, is reserved for you! Plenty of overflow street parking is available.
A linen and towel package is included with the reservation. We also supply some paper goods, soaps, and cleaning supplies, but be sure to pack personal items, hair products, etc.
The HOA does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25 or party-type groups (No high school Senior graduates, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties). Violators will be evited.
Non-Smoking/No Vaping in the unit, in hallways, elevators, or balconies; condo guidelines indicate 50 feet from the building. No pets!
Fine for smoking: $500. The fine will be automatically deducted from your VRBO account.
Noise: Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. We have owner-occupied units next door. Please avoid disturbing noise and loud music.
Fines will be assessed by order of the Ocean City Police Department.

We had a nice stay in this place with a few minor issues. The back left bedroom door does not shut all the way and the closest does not have anywhere to hang clothes. Outside of those issues, the place is clean and in a good location. It comfortably slept 6 adults with everyone having their own bed. With a few fixes, this place would be perfect. The host communicated well.

Everything was great, the condo was absolutely stunning and in better condition than any other place I’ve stayed in OCMD. We tend to do two trips a year down here and I’d be happy to come back to this place with my family! This was a girls trip for us, 5 of us to be exact. I’m pregnant and in my 3rd trimester. I was lucky to have one of the master bedrooms with its own bathroom. Some things I would change to get this place to 5 stars - the bedroom that faces east has vertical blinds, the sun peaks directly through them at 5 am right in the direction of the bed! So black out curtains would be great! Same with the room that faces the elevator hallway, the light was extremely bothersome to one of the girls that slept in there. Another big change - we all found the beds to be super uncomfortable. They’re all very very firm. Being this pregnant, sleeping is already uncomfortable but every night in the bed was rough and every morning the sun made me angry. However even my not pregnant friends had a rough go with the beds. The only other minor thing was that we felt the rules were enforced very strictly. We’re very responsible but hated how much we felt like we would get in trouble for some reason. We even received a reminder to not use the trash compactor on our second day - and none of us had touched it lol.All in all I’d give it 4 stars and would totally come back with some minor changes in place!

This was our first time staying in a VRBO and Bayberry did not disappoint. It was well located and just a short walk to the beach. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There isn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there. The host was always very responsive. We would love to return and would definitely recommend to others.
