Instead of looking directly onto another vacation home's pool area, the screened lanai backs to conservation, creating a more private and relaxing outdoor setting. Start your morning with coffee while enjoying the natural surroundings, spend the afternoon swimming, or return from the theme parks and relax beside the water.

The private north-facing screened pool and spa give your family a convenient place to enjoy the Florida weather throughout the vacation. The spacious pool deck, screened lanai, and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room for everyone to gather, relax between swims, or enjoy a quieter day at home.

The adjoining spa provides another place to unwind after busy days exploring Central Florida. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
