About this villa rental
Tastefully decorated and with plenty of voluminous living space inside and out, the imposing building and its calming grounds provide an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday in close proximity to the sandy beaches and archaeological site of Selinunte.
The villa itself is surrounded by a beautiful walled garden and is approached via large antique gates with a long drive. Accommodation is spread over the main house and two guest houses each with a double and single bedroom, kitchen and living space, both of which are delightful.
The villa offers three dining areas accommodating any weather condition: the spacious entry portico, the large lovely sunroom area outside the kitchen to eat breakfast and lunch with a large table enough for a big party of 16/18 (which faces the pool area), and the vaulted ceilings decorated with frescoes dining room.
The main building has 6 bedrooms over 3 floors (one in the attic ) and all the rooms are large with beautiful antique furniture. Downstairs there's various living rooms - so Lots of room to relax .
The pool area is fabulous and the pool deep and large enough to do proper lengths and have a lovely swim.
There's also lots of facilities and a table tennis table.

Everything about this stay was perfect - Livia was so accommodating and the communication with her was great. The property is unbelievably beautiful, the gardens are well kept and there’s so much love in the details. When we’re back in the area, we will for sure stay here again!

We were a group of 16 people on this trip, including 3 children under the age of 15. We had an absolutely wonderful stay — the property was truly amazing, even better than we had imagined. We rented four cars, which worked out perfectly for our group.The large and beautiful garden offered plenty of space, with the possibility of privacy whenever wanted. The outdoor pool was fantastic and enjoyed by both adults and children alike. The indoor pool was warm, cozy, and relaxing, with lovely bubbles to enjoy. The outdoor jacuzzi was also wonderfully warm and perfect for relaxing.We had a great time organizing a table tennis tournament in the beautiful ping pong room — everyone really appreciated it.The main house had everything one could wish for, and the two annexes suited the families with children perfectly. It was always easy to get in touch with Livia, who kindly answered all of our questions.One evening, Nonna Maria came to cook for us and took care of absolutely everything. The food was delicious, and it was such a pleasure to sit down at a beautifully prepared table and be served.Everything was simply perfect, and I can warmly recommend Villa Livia in Partanna to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.

We absolutely LOVED the Villa Partana. Livia is fantastic and ensured every detail of the stay was met. The listing cannot do it justice, it is more grand and spectacular in person. 14 of us stayed here very comfortably to celebrate my friends 60th birthday. The wellness room with hot tub and dry saunas was wonderful. We cooked many dinners in the fully equipped kitchen. Livia helped us arrange a wonderful wine tour nearby, drivers for transport and olive farms. You can easily walk to town. Plenty of bathrooms, robes in each bedroom. The views are amazing!!I cannot wait to come back. I would always book a stay here. Thank you Livia

We stayed at Villa Livia for three days and hosted our wedding there. It is beyond amazing, we were in awe of everything. The villa and grounds are 10 times better than the photos show. Every corner of the villa and guest houses are pristine and covered in antique furniture and artwork. The houses and grounds are huge. Our wedding was 20 guests and there was ample space for everyone to stay. The wedding vendors couldn’t believe the space and how perfect it was for a wedding. We had our ceremony under the olive trees in one section of the garden, our cocktail hour by the pool and our dinner on the grass next to the pool. The grounds were so lush that we didn’t even need to leave the villa for our wedding photos. It is truly dreamy. We had one dinner and one brunch catered by Nonna Maria and it was excellent, sooo much food. Livia was helpful and easy to contact. The whole place is pristine clean. Truly perfect and a wedding location dream. Michaela from My Sicily Wedding coordinated the whole thing and would be a perfect contact for anyone thinking to host a wedding in that location.
